Instead of a Way Back Wednesday I'm going to throw up whole boatload of photos from my recent trip to the North American Hardcourt Bike Polo Championships in Madison, Wisconsin. Words can't describe how much fun this event was. I was playing with a team from Ottawa, super pals Brodie and Johnny Crash. We finished with a record of 3-4-3, didn't move on to Sundays finals, but at one point we were sitting 12th overall in our bracket. The level of polo was mind blowing, coming out on top was Mark Capriotti (Philly), Chris Roberts (NYC) and Nick Vaughn (RVA) winning $3600 to cover the costs of travel to the upcoming World Championships in Berlin. Big thanks to the Hunters from Madison, Kev from Toronto, the Ottawa lads and all the new friends we met during the adventure. I will throw up a little video sometime in the future.
